Lawyers representing 57 years old alleged paedophile, school teacher, Matthew Amara, are apparently taking personal as they defend their client who is also alleged to have infected her with syphilis.
First it was barrister S.T.M, Navo who complained Peep for publishing a story about the individual. Past Saturday, July 23rd it was a tug of war between the 13 years old child and Amara's new lawyer who is deputizing Navo who is said to be holidaying, Hannah Bonnie. After the child had taken the witness stand, Hannah Bonnie's first question was, when did the incident take place? Shivering, the child said sometime last year. And to which hospital were you taken? Police Hospital, Sir, where they gave my mother a paper to take to Government Hospital. Which paper? Which Hospital? When did the incident take place, evening or morning? How many times did he do it? Did you go to Rainbow Centre? Were you not treated at Rainbow Centre? Were you told by somebody to say something at the police? Yes, a woman told me, Sir. Can you name the woman? Was it that woman that told you to point out the accused? No, the child said, timidly. At the police you said you did not know who tied your face? No. Did the police tear part of your statement? No. Did the police rule out anything completely? I don't know. What you said at the police is not what you said in Court. I said all. What you said Court is not all that you told the police. It is the same. When does the school close? When did the incident take place? Were other children around at the time? What you said here is not what you said at the police. After the cross examination, the child who suffered incontinence after her alleged encounter with 5 feet 6 inches tall Matthew Amara, nearly fainted after she went out of the Court.
After cross examining the child fair complexioned barrister, Hannah Bonnie, then went on a banter telling the Magistrate to warn journalists about their reporting and making disguised threats about taking action against Peep for certain publication. Note: Next Edition Peep shall publish the photograph of Matthew Amara and eight other alleged child sex offenders. Photographs were secretly taken at various locations.
