During its investigation of St. Helena Secondary School teacher, Sulaiman Bob Conteh, Peep found to its disgust that apart from having just sex with some of his child victims, he also carries out beastly acts on himself and them.
Nobody will ever know the number of children that Conteh has abused since he started his teaching career because the man, who seems to have an appetite for teaching in mixed schools, has been exporting his evil habits all over this country.
Up to this point in time even though he is to face the High Court soon for carnally knowing a 13 years old child whom he tempted into having sex with him with the promise of showing her marks. Sulaiman Bob Conteh's name is in the pay roll of St. Helena Secondary a mixed school, Zadet Secondary also a mixed school, Independence Memorial Secondary School, also a mixed school and Municipal Secondary School, also a mixed school.
It is evident that while he is parading as a teacher he is getting his perks on the side in the form of involuntary sex favours by young girls.
Peep found that the child whom he calls a wife, who has had a child for him, was the girlfriend of one of his colleague teachers and that he deliberately impregnated her to show who is who in sexual prowess.
One of Sulaiman Bob Conteh's victims who spoke to this press in anonymity said that he did not only demand sex from her but forced her into engaging in sado-masochistic acts.
"After we have undressed, he will force me to play with his thing and put it in my mouth," the child said wiping tears.
"One day he gave me a cane and told me to beat him. While I was beating him, he was giggling and was enjoying it. He will run round the room like a man deranged and shouted to me to beat him more".
The child said that during another sex session, Sulaiman Bob Conteh bound her legs to two chairs standing three feet apart with her head and part of her body on the bed.
"He poured vaseline all over my body and himself. He used a candle and pushed it right inside me. After the candle he used his hand. He then climbed on top of me and vigorously used me.
When I went home I suffered very serious stomach pains. I could not sleep". Sulaiman Bob Conteh hid when Peep tried to contact him.
Note: Peep will soon be telling readers about the sex curse hanging over St. Helena. What did some military men see happening inside the school and took action some months back? What happened during a show inside the school? A former male teacher of St. Helena also spoke to Peep about the sexual activities of Sulaiman Bob Conteh.
His interview will soon be published. Peep also investigated the following schools to find out how they deal with child sex abuse matters: Annie Walsh Memorial, F.S.S.G., St. Joseph Convent, Girls High School, Technical Institute, Vine Memorial, Municipal Secondary, Henry Fergusson, Ahmadiyya, Independence.
All Peep's findings will be published soon. The cover-ups, the rampant abuses and all that. Who is that male teacher that was recently suspended for having sex with a child. Peep will begin to name names.
Peep will also name the teacher who impregnated the daughter of another teacher at St. Helena. The teacher's mother will also be named. Peep is determined to complement the efforts of the Judiciary in its strive to punish every child sex abuser in the land.
Peep will be naming and shaming all teachers caught in the acts of child molestation.
Not All St. Helena School Teachers Rape Children… But one
Peep Newspaper will like to inform the general public and its numerous readers that contrary to its Friday 9th September 2011 publication of a story titled: "St. Helena Secondary: where teachers rape children" in which the impression was given that all the male teachers of that school were somewhat engaged in mass rapes of the girl children attending the school, that it is not all of them, but one Sulaiman Bob Conteh whose case has been committed to the High court for trial.
Peep in no way had the intention of defaming the school but it sourced its story well interviewing those who were concerned. The only unfortunate part of the story is that authorities of the school misread the paper's intentions which was actually meant to help the school authorities, bringing it to their notice the awful activities which are taking place inside the walls of the school so that investigations will be carried out to weed out perpetrators.
Peep magazine therefore offers its unreserved apology to the school in particular and all those concerned about the school's image that the publication was not intended to bring the name of St. Helena Secondary School, one of Sierra Leone's reputable educational institutions, into public ridicule, odium and contempt.
The trial in the High Court of one of the school's teachers, Sulaiman Bob Conteh will be closely monitored and reported by Peep magazine as accurately as possible.
Over 50 Juveniles Languishing At Pademba Road Prisons
Despite the fact that Human Rights Organisations are crying loud for juveniles not to be kept among adult prisoners, Peep has found to its dismay that Pademba Road Prisons which is a maximum security prison for adults, is currently hosting over 50 juvenile alleged offenders.
When Peep called the Public Relations Officer of the Prisons Department, Jimmy, he said that this is as a result of a lapse in the justice system.
"The police are the main culprits for pushing juveniles to Pademba Road Prisons," Jimmy told Peep.
He explained that the police never cross check the age of suspects but just guess their age by sight,.
"Some children look older than their age so the police are making a big mistake to class children as adults".
"It does not stop there," Jimmy said "the police at times deliberately up the age of the children in serious cases just so that they will be charged as adults". Jimmy also said that the usual practice was for the letter "J" to be written on warrants to show that the accused persons are juveniles but "that is not done".
The police media boss ASP Samura was not available for its comment on the issue.
2 Years Old Patient's Mom In Court… Free Health Care On Trial

A 22 years old widow and mother of a 2 years old baby girl is currently appearing before Magistrate Bankole Shyllon at Court 3 facing an allegation that on the 28th August this year she assaulted a female staff nurse at the Ola During Hospital at Fourah Bay Road.
Regina Forster whose husband died in 2008 a few months after their baby was born was initially accused by the nurse to have gone berserk on that day and attacked her and poured hot water on her head badly scalding her but this allegation has since been revised to an ordinary assault with the nurse now claiming that her alleged assailant pushed and shoved her during a scuffle.
The court has been left to decide who is wrong and who is right as Regina Forster has with her a medical report which shows clearly that instead of her being the assailant, she was the victim of a beating meted on her by seven nurses working at that government hospital.
According to witnesses who spoke to this press regarding Regina Forster's own matter, she and her mother took her baby to the hospital on a Friday and she was seen by one Dr. Cole who could not attend to her at that moment because she was not in position to meet all the requirements for admission.
The following Sunday, witnesses said, she went back to the hospital and Dr. Cole gave instructions to the nurses on duty to prepare a bed for the child's admission.
The witnesses said that the nurses dragged their feet because "she could not perform".
According to the witnesses, when Regina Forster was marching up to Dr. Cole's office to draw her attention to the nurses behavior this staff nurse tried to stop her.
"This was when all hell was let loose," the witnesses said.
"I saw this staff nurse dragging this distressed woman by her neck as she tried to reenter the hospital.
Her colleagues joined her in the fight and they dragged her into their dressing room where they gave her a good hiding."
Regina was said to have gone to East End Police station to make a report but she was told that was not under their jurisdiction and referred her instead to Ross Road Police Station where she was issued with a medical form to go to the hospital.
Forster, according to the witnesses, did not have the opportunity to build her own case as officers from the very East End Police Station who had told her earlier that it was not in their mandate to do anything, went in their numbers to her house and arrested her and detained her for a total of three days and charged her to court.
Now the Free Health Care Initiative is on trial at Court 3. Who are the people that are trying to hinder it? Who are those that are sabotaging President Ernest Koroma's baby?
After the court verdict Peep will release findings that will expose the reality of this initiative.
