The Deputy Minister of Health and Sanitation, Mohamed Daudis Koroma, has continued to stand tall in President Ernest Bai Koroma's government as not only a proactive but also… result oriented Minister, in-depth investigations carried by Peep Magazine have revealed.

The investigations have proved that Sierra Leoneans including those living outside the country see the young man as a classical minister whose performances since he was appointed in 2007 as deputy minister, have being n line with the President's agenda for Change ambition.

Though young and a journalist by profession, who has no idea of medicines, many Sierra Leoneans have now accepted that Mohamed D. Koroma has propelled for change what used to be the dirty engines of the Health Ministry.

"He has worked more than all former ministers, and if only President Koroma could have had five of his kind in his government, then there would have been a massive change in the country," one of the interviewees told Peep reporter.

According to the people, for the past three decades, and despite the appointments of so-called technocrats and academics into the Ministry of Health and Sanitation, the performance of the current Deputy Ministry is exemplarily different.

The people also hold the view that the ugly things of the past, have not only changed, but he is also succeeding to instill discipline and order at the health ministry which people used to refer to as the worst in every government of the past.

The latest of Sierra Leoneans who praised the Deputy Minister of Health and Sanitation are the residents of Pujehun and Kailahun districts where our reporter ended the interview.

For them, Kailahun and Pujehun residents said President Koroma should give more encouragement to young and dynamic people around him like the Deputy Minister of Health and Sanitation.  During the interview in Luala, Kailahun, a man who identified himself as a cousin of SLPP chairman, Mr. John Benjamin, Amara Gbow, openly confirmed to our reporter that he does not like Mohamed D. Koroma, but admires him for his proactive stance in promoting the APC government the positive way...

It is now on record that except President Koroma has a different mind, the public judgment has proved that the current Deputy Minister of Health and Sanitation, Mohamed D. Koroma, is a performer, and is the type of ministers needed to help the president to change the criminal mentality of some of the people of this country.
