NRA to celebrate World Customs Day - Jan 26 Print E-mail

The Customs and Excise Department (CED) of the National Revenue Authority (NRA) will join 168 countries around the world that belong to the World Customs Organization (WCO) to celebrate "World Customs Day", which is slated for January 26, this year. The theme for this year's celebration is "Customs and Business: Improving Performance Through Partnerships".

ACC Office Raid Who Benefits From Such A Crime? Print E-mail

Perhaps the midnights ‘raid’ on ACC offices will now convince the authorities of the need to find a new and secure location for our nation Anti - Corruption Commission. The ACC was started by President Kabbah. But, as usual, he didn't think of finding them a secure location.  Kabbah, as was his usual practice, simply dumped them in a ramshackle building on top of the old Government Bookshop.

A 65 years-old granny speaking in Susu, on Monday, 18th January, with tears streaming down her cheeks, told a petition court presided over by Appeals Court Judge, Hon.
