This is slightly unusual since former Prezzo Kabba-Kabbah reportedly came from Kailahun (via mother) and Kambia ultimately via Guinea (his dad). Currently prezzo Koroma comes from Bombali.
But our president was apparently using the term ‘Uncle’ in a more extended African sense. Dr. Banya used to sit (and presumably BORE) our current president’s father.
In that sense Dr. Sama Banya spans boundaries of Tribe, Region, Religion and Caste.
He is a TRUE Sierra Leonean and BORES everyone; without fear or favour.
So in that sense he’s everybody’s UNCLE... Here is his family tree...
