1. We have a formidable attack and now the defense also is matching the pace of the attack. That by itself is a very good sign that our darling stars will secure the necessary victory all Sierra Leoneans are seeking.

2. The team is a very young team, although they have been playing together for quite a long time; making them very competitive in the current African ranking.

3. The Organizing body for the very first time in this Country is devoid of any interference from any of its collaborating bodies. Sincerity is the name of the game, and play Leone Stars play should be every ones slogan. Not just vague criticism as used to be the case.

4. The pharaohs of Egypt are very concerned about this game, which shows the need to put confidence behind our team. If they think we are an easy side, then nothing alarming. Now that they think we are a competitive side, the more alarming. They will receive nothing less than 2-0 in our favour.

5. The South African Coach has clearly stated that our team in this particular competition is one to reckon with. If we do not have the caliber in any tournament, we will not be hailed. No more treats or insults for our boys. Encouragement from all is what they lack.

6. The current Minister of Sports is a no nonsense man and not a mix-up; though he is having blood and water, he is not corrupt. That will help the players and coaches realize their ultimate goal in the pitch of play. He is a motivator in the current football arena, reason why he was sent there.

7. Sierra Leoneans are very much confident about the way we played the away match in Egypt. The team just needs to demonstrate the same zeal and confidence to clinch their home victory, which is a matter of must. Stay focus.

8. Supporters this time around are more than enthusiastic about this particular game. Rumours around are suggesting a clear win for Leone Stars though some pessimists are saying the contrary but this time with much fear of our performance, than the name Egypt has made for themselves over the years.  Football is a game of chance, determination and support. We have all of the above so "Go Leone Stars Go, Victory is sure".

9. South Africa, Niger and Egypt are all tested cases our team has faced, yet none can destroy the confidence we have portrayed since the start of this tournament. Niger game away, was the only one that displeased us; yet formidably winning at home has revitalized the team to pursue their goal, which is qualifying for both the next African Cup of Nations and also the World Cup. We will keep moving from here so fans, keep your positive support and football is all about positivism.

10. The government through the ministry of Sport, the SLFA and all football stake holders in this country will love to see our team qualify.

The moral support is here boys so don't look back; treat each game seriously with the amount of seriousness needed. Foreign based players or home based players together, will make a fine mix of a talented Leone Stars squad. They will bring the football laurels back to our country.
